I made a type-o on my last comment. I meant I only got audio

Actually I prefer the informal nature of Monique's presentation. In my dealings with Monique in her role as customer services manager, I can only say she is helpful, courteous, and responsive. A great representative of pillows.com

Will it work for polyesther fiber-fill pillows as well?

can't wait for my pillows to arrive. but your video was very disappointing. did anyone notice how the model rolled her eyes, as if bored or uninterested at the beginning when she announced the purpose of the video? many "ums" during the demo. i realize the content is basic and dry but i found the video very poorly presented.

She was being real what did you want to see her hump the pillow? Or be fake?

I agree with mb, presentation was poor. Model didn't seem happy and appeared very bored to be doing it. Even if it is a basic and easy presentation, it's a very poor representation of the company. But good info to know and I can hardly wait for my new pillows to get here!

This video is instructional not entertaining. Would you like to try and teach how to fluff the pillow. She has two things to get across to the viewer which she did very well.

I thought Monique did a great job. I would much prefer a natural, sincere presentation from a "real" person that actually is employed by the company than have some paid "model" run up the cost of the product unnecessarily.

Video was great! When people are nervous, they may appear stiff or bored or giggly or any combination. I find it odd there are so many perfect people who commented on Moniques style. Lighten up!! It was a lovely video, just right. I slept on these at the Holiday inn express and my 81 year old Mom was with me on a long road trip. She loved these pillows, so I am surprising her with a purchase. I got 1 for my husband who is always searching for the right pillow. I hope they will fill the bill!

Great video from a real rep of the company. She was natural and sincere. Yes, I could tell that she was a little nervous, but that's what made the video more genuine to me. It didn't sound like a typical salesperson trying to convince me of why I made the best purchase and why I should buy more for gifts, etc. Good job, Monique.

So many critical people. Its a pillow and she explained how to fluff it. Its not rocket science, yet if she didn't explain how to do it, we all would have wondered why we were receiving these FLAT pillows when we enjoyed the ones we used at the hotel. So a HUGE thank you to Monique for demonstrating. Cannot wait to sleep with these pillows again. Awesome nights sleep with them.

Thank you, very helpful. I almost deleted this without watching because who would have thought I couldn't figure out how to fluff a pillow. But I did watch and I'm so glad. And what a sad testimony to our times that people will use any reason to be harsh and critical when the intention is only good. Thank you, Monique! Nicely done.

I agree with Judy above. Given the current state of our culture and what we're seeing in the news everyday, I'm not shocked by all the critical whiners making negative comments. Get over yourselves! She's very sincere in the video and does a great job. I like her approach, and like someone else said, I'd much rather have a real representative of the company presenting this than some over exuberant paid spokesperson. Thank you Monique!

It takes 2 - 4 minutes to resuscitate a shipped pillow, to make it becomes the product they sold and hope you will enjoy. She simply presented reality, realistically, all-the-while explaining why it occurs, how the down needs air and how to get the air to it. It makes me feel so sad that she stole an extra one or two minutes of your "precious, more important than anyone else's" life. Poor baby. Just work harder I'll bet you can get that minute back!

Why are people so ignorant rude and entitled? Whatever happened to the principle "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"? Yes. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. But just because you have one doesn't mean everyone else wants to hear it. Thank you to pillows.com and to this young lady that did the presentation as part

Of her job. All those complaining and criticizing would be the first to call and complain or not know what to do. I hope that at some point all the critics have to endure half of what they have to say for something they are doing. So many unappreciative rude people these days.

My husband discovered these pillows while staying at the Sagamore in Upstate NY. He called me to rave about them. I had him send me a picture of the tag on the pillow so I could try to find them. I'm pretty sure I ordered the correct ones - Down Dreams Firm - and can't wait to receive them.

And for the people who are criticizing the woman doing the explanatory video....seriously???? I sure wouldn't want any of you to be sitting on my jury if I ever needed one. What a bunch of crabcakes! Get a life!!!

I too discovered these pillows in a Hotel and this vital email with instructions went into my junk. I just watched it AFTER requesting a return authorization. I'm going to fluff them accordingly and see if it will result in me smiling. I also wonder if my cases are too small and don't allow the pillows to expand enough. I had not done anything to infuse air into them except hold them at waist height and drop them. Please include a web link to this video or instructions on how to LOFT a PILLOW. I'll let you know if this worked for me. I think it might and I'm hopping it will because I loved these pillows in the hotel and I suspect this is the problem. RE : this vid.. she does a good and sincere job agree it's better than a high paid actress.. but it could be cut to be shorter.. it's vital info people need to know.. make it Accessible and Quicker... Thank you ...

I’ve ordered mine and anxiously awaiting their arrival but I must say that we have gotten all off track with the point of the video. I thought she was trying to explain how to get the best optimum sleep experience from their product not trying to be the best actress possible...WOW! Why have we become such a judgmental people? She accomplished her goal whether we think it could’ve been delivered with a smile or not. The world is so full of so many, many many, judgements people and I know for a fact if we stop judging and accept people for who they are, what they do and how they do it, we would all be able to get along much better than what we are seeing. Love hides a multitude of faults and this encompasses people we do and don’t know. If we all tried this one concept, our lives would progress to better and it would make someone else’s life do the same. You never know what kind of impact you can have on someone else’s life just by giving them a kind word. Social media has made it possible for us to criticize and tear down one another and sometime we never think about how our rude comments can have a devastating affect on another person. Her goal was well met. Thank you and please keep doing what you do. You satisfied the majority of us who were looking to attain a quality pillow. Thank you!!

I cannot believe the negative comments I just read. My husband and I recently lost our only child (who was our best friend as well) to a massive stroke instantly, no warning. After reading the trashy comments I think to myself maybe those people need to lose someone near and dear to them and maybe they will look at life differently and not be so cruel to others. But then I had to pull myself back and rethink how cruel of a thought that was that I had. Life is precious and until you go through such a tragedy we have that you cannot get back - please people think before you speak. DO NOT BE SO MEAN !!!!!!! Sorry, I had to put this out there. I am due to get my pillows Monday and cannot wait. And, I loved the presentation. Hugs to pillows.com

I've owned feather/down pillows for as long as I can remember. I just recently learned that they need to be fluffed daily. I also thought fluffing a pillow resembled punching down dough when working with yeast. Learn something new every day! Thank you!

Great presentation, I didn’t know I needed one, but very informative. Providing air to the natural clusters of down and hints of how to use your dryer and tennis balls. Not many companies properly advise you of how to fluff a pillow, and I appreciate the time it took to make this one. Great video Monique

I just ordered our pillows and am anxious for their arrival! On another note, I found the video VERY helpful. Shame on you people who feel it's okay to knock someone for trying to show you how to do something. Seriously, you must be PERFECT in all aspects of your life to make comments like what I read! I think the video was PERFECT and now, all I need is my pillows! Thanks for the informative video and again, I think it was great!

Just got the pillows. 3 pillows were stuffed in a box that was meant for 1-2 pillows. Obviously, they were extremely flat, and after fluffing, per the video. I am highly doubtful 2 of them are going to be anything but flat, once I put my head on them. This is very disappointing as I ordered firm because I am a side sleeper. The pillows I received did not have the fullness of stuffing as shown in pillow on video
